Construction of the Disaster Emergency Readiness Training Center with an area of 5000 m2 using concrete structure and according to the designs approved by the beneficiary, Apply all external and internal finishes and all the used materials are subjected to tests and approved by the beneficiary. Complete all the Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing works and completion of the project within the previously approved time frame mentioned in the contract including furniture and 156 seat general purpose theater.
