Construction of a 122-Bed General Hospital in Al-Sharqi District

The project involves the construction of a general hospital with a 100-bed capacity, covering a total area of 35,000 square meters. It will be built using a reinforced concrete structure and according to the designs approved by the Design Department of the Iraqi Ministry of Health. The project includes the completion of all civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works, along with the supply and installation of medical and non-medical equipment and furnishings, all within the scheduled timeframe.

The project consists of two buildings:

Main Hospital Building:

Comprising a ground floor and four upper floors, it includes multiple essential diagnostic and therapeutic departments, in addition to residential and administrative areas.

Second Building (Basement):

Includes part of the electromechanical services, a shelter, a solid waste treatment station, and designated areas for mechanical, electrical, and sanitation services.

Details of the Main Hospital Building:

Ground Floor:

Emergency unit, radiology department, outpatient clinics, physical therapy unit, and central pharmacy.

First Floor:

Outpatient clinics, administrative department, academic department, central laboratory, kitchen, central laundry, and logistical services.

Second Floor:

Includes 5 operating rooms, a catheterization hall, intensive care unit, pediatric ICU, natural delivery unit, patient wards, and central sterilization department.

Third Floor:

Includes 25 patient beds distributed among 8 single rooms, 8 double rooms, and one isolation ward, with all supporting services.

Fourth Floor:

Also includes 25 patient beds with the same distribution: 8 single rooms, 8 double rooms, and one isolation ward, along with supporting services.
